Resource Description
-
"Zinc has been found by our inventor to be a rapid and effective inhibitor of several specific lysin-related pathogenic outcomes: hyperkalemia, hemolysis, cytokine and histamine release, catecholamine surge, and that zinc also increases survival time in mice of lethal doses of Chironex jellyfish venom. Zinc is therefore suggested as a topical application for broad spectrum insect and cnidarian stings."
