    "STATT is a two day simulation based program for military first responders and other health care providers. The program is a hands on simulation workshop which incorporates the principles of military triage, Tactical Combat Casualty Care doctrine, and field medicine principles. The course emphasizes tactical field care strategies for experienced providers. Advanced human patient simulators, and Technology Enabled Learning Systems "TELIS©" are utilized throughout the course. Participants will review clinical management of life threatening injury patterns associated with trauma. Hemorrhagic shock, tension pneumothorax, head injury, respiratory failure, airway management (basic and advanced), triage principles and practice, and resuscitation are the core subjects covered in this curriculum. Rapid triage exercises and debriefing are the core education methodologies."
